Alessio Anelli received his master's degree in law from the University of Roma Tre and later studied canon law at the Pontifical Lateran University in the Vatican City State. He served as Head of the Minister's Secretariat within the Ministry of Defense. Since March 2025, he has held the position of Chief Insitutional Relations at ITA Airways. At the firm since 2019, following his collaboration with the Chair of International Organizations at Link Campus University - Faculty of Political Science and International Relations, and with the Presidency of the Council of Ministers as an Expert in relation to the Ministry for Disabilities and Family. In FR&P, he deals with strategic legal advice in international relations and, in particular, with the State of the Holy See. Among his publications, the work "La cooperazione italo-americana nel settore difesa" in the book Sicurezza nazionale. Poteri, conflitti, informazioni, Luiss University Press, 2024, stands out. He is, in addition, a member of the Aspen Institute, as an Aspen Junior Fellow Alumni.
