Giovanni Falsitta

 

He is a member of the Order of Chartered Accountants of Milan and of the Register of Auditors. After graduating in Economics from Milan's Luigi Bocconi Commercial University, he worked on tax audits of large entities at the Central Assessment Department of the Italian Revenue Agency and, later, on corporate reorganization transactions in the M&A department of one of the largest international tax law firms.

He is the author of scholarly contributions, the most recent of which are dedicated to the tax treatment of cryptocurrencies.

At the firm since 2022, he is specialized in domestic and international tax planning, with a focus on extraordinary transactions and wealth management.
