A graduate in Law from the University of Bologna, he is an expert in Corporate, Commercial and Civil Law. In particular, he deals with mergers, demergers and extraordinary and capital transactions, reorganization and restructuring of groups, transfers of shareholdings and companies, shareholders' agreements, corporate governance, private clients, commercial contracts, judicial and extrajudicial litigation. He joined the firm in 2022, and currently coordinates the legal team handling corporate, contractual and commercial litigation matters. He contributes to specialized journals and participates as a speaker in dedicated conferences.
